Adobo Cauliflower

Adobo Cauliflower


• 1 head cauliflower
• Olive oil
• 3 tsp Adobo Mojo


  • Serves 8

  • Directions:
    • Preheat the oven to 450°F.
    • Chop cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Toss with a drizzle of olive oil and season to your liking with Adobo Mojo. Spread onto a prepared baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, or longer, depending on how crispy you like it. Halfway through, remove the pan from the oven and rotate the florets to make sure they cook evenly.
    • Serve and enjoy!
