Classic Cowtown Chili


• 1 lb lean ground meat
• 1 onion
• Olive oil
• 1 cup broth
• 3 Tbs Cowtown Chili
• 1 14oz. can diced tomatoes, with the juice


  • Heat the olive oil in a soup pot or Dutch oven and add the chopped onion. Stir and after about 2 minutes, add the meat and brown. 
  • Once the meat is cooked, stir in the broth, Cowtown Chili mix, and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes on low. Serve with a side of cornbread and garnish with your favorite toppings.
