We use corn flour and a blend of ancho, cayenne, crushed red pepper, black pepper, paprika, and chipotle peppers to create a sophisticated and well-rounded flavor with a slight kick. While most will add to their chili with onions, veggies, etc, we wanted this chili spice mix to be able to make a good bowl of chili if all you have time for is meat and diced tomatoes.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Ancho Chile, Sea Salt, Cayenne, Crushed Red Pepper, Cumin, Dehydrated Onion, Black Pepper, Dehydrated Garlic, Paprika, Chipotle Pepper and Oregano.

How To Use

Brown 1 Lb ground meat. Add 3 tbsp. Cowtown Chili Mix and 1 cup of broth and simmer for 30 min.
